  • Special Grades:
    Delrin® 150 - standard grade extruded.
    Delrin® 570 - 20% glass filled, higher mechanical properties, better dimensional stability.
    Delrin® AF blend alternative - (HPV-13) PTFE lubricant, high wear, low friction (color brown).

  • Key Features:
    Excellent machinability, good mechanical properties, low coefficient of friction, good chemical resistance, high fatigue endurance.

  • Fabricating:
    Machines excellent and laser cuts good, vacuum formable.

  • Applications:
    Gears, cams, bushings, sprockets, slides, rollers, electrical insulators.
